Welcome to Embrace. We are a caring, collaborative, and inclusive Trust with a collective ambition to ensure our children receive an enriching, joyful, and high-quality education.

As a trust of ten schools, we work together to share good practices, support leadership, and develop our teachers and staff. Our goal is to provide an education that promotes both equity and excellence. Our Central Team and Education Leadership Team offer high-quality support services to ensure continuous improvement.

We are a Church school majority trust and welcome children of all faiths and none. Our values and ethos are at the heart of everything we do. As a community, we embrace these values: integrity, collaboration, compassion, inclusivity, respect, and wisdom. This is why our Personal Development programmes are as important to us as our academic curriculum.

While our moral purpose and values are firmly aligned, we are not a ‘cookie-cutter trust’ – no one size fits all here. We believe that our schools should engage with and reflect the communities they represent and serve. Just as we are unique, so are our schools. We celebrate and value our schools’ differences while working together to ensure that the experience for children is one of equitable excellence.
